2.Business acceptance

* Customers can upload product information and requirements through online message, whether it is product design and development, sample production or production quotation, we can design the most suitable solution for you.

* Customers can also contact us via email, WeChat, etc. We will confirm the order information by the commissioner and the customer.

* Our head office is located in Hong Kong, with many years of foreign trade experience. Overseas orders can be traded in Hong Kong. We can accept a variety of international currencies.

3.Production and logistics

* After we receive the order, we will check the data with the sample provided by the customer (such as printing, materials, packaging requirements, etc.) and confirm it. Once the order is confirmed, the production can be arranged.

* Blue line and digital proofs will be produced before production, and blank dummy samples will be provided for functional testing when necessary.

* Under normal circumstances, the production lead time of the color box is about one week. The specific delivery time depends on the quantity. Stickers or ready-to-print products can be around 3 days.

* Customers can query and track the production progress of products at any time through our cloud services.

* We can deliver products to the designated locations no matter where you are. There are special fleets in China that can be delivered at any time. Special vehicles for bonded area, overseas export transportation, customs clearance and other procedures are all in place. For customers with less goods, you can use express delivery or bulk cargo consolidation. We choose the most time and money saving distribution model for our customers through actuarial calculations on transportation costs.
